Being around nature and being in nature is a great way of improving someone's mental health. It definitely depends on the type of weather and what you find more admiring. I am a definite spring person because of the cool weather and rain. It has a nice breeze, beautiful flowers and wildlife. Nature can benefit us in many ways. The great weather is a perfect way to meditate and reflect. Even though I have allergies I really couldn't care less. When you are in warm weather you feel like you can just kick back and relax and forget all of the worries of today's fast paced world. Nature personally helps me disconnect from the technological world that we have today.
