Columbus lighthouse

The monument to Christopher Columbus is located in East Santo Domingo. The function of the monument is where the remains of Christopher Columbus are found, which represents rays of light that are projected in the shape of a cross. They were chosen because I needed to prove with which material it was more sustainable and I chose those 2 materials because they are one of the easiest to handle when doing anything and that cardboard is a strong material.In this structure, the shapes that most used were rectangles and triangles, the entire structure is made of triangles and rectangles.The tomb that is said to house the remains of Christopher Columbus, located at the Columbus Lighthouse in Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic. The Dominican historian Antonio Delmonte y Tejada, in his book Historia de Santo Domingo (Havana, 1852), had expressed the idea of erecting a monument in honor of the Admiral, in Santo Domingo.
