Peru to the world cup the 30 year old fairy tale

Since the world cup in 1982 Peru hasn't qualified to the world cup. Most blame it on the poor infrastructure of peru but this year after losing almost most of their matches in the first half of the dreadful South American world cup qualifiers the rejuvenation hit Peru and saw Peru only losing two and drawing two. Because of their magnificent form they managed to hold Argentina and Columbia in a draw and creep into the international play-off spot. Today in history Peru beat New Zealand in the international play offs and for the first time in almost 35 years Peru are heading to world cup.
